How it works:

  1. Log in to your MyNCUIBenefits account.
  2. Select File an Unemployment Claim.
  3. Click on the cardinal to open Felix (if needed).
  4. Choose a topic and view FAQs or type your question to have Felix will guide you through the claim filing process.
